The iLearn Team

Our senior iLearn staff has been working with individuals with special needs for decades. They are fully trained and experienced with assessments and recommending appropriate programs and techniques that have been proven to reduce maladaptive behaviors and increase prosocial skills. All our Program Supervisors and Behavior Therapists are trained in Applied Behavior Analysis and receive continuous supervision and training from BCBAs to ensure they demonstrate competence in their roles.

We offer a mentorship program to ensure that our staff members are provided additional supervision and training as they start their role with us. We are strong believers of collaboration and of learning and growing together: iLearn, youLearn, weLearn!
